Josh Byer is a Vancouver-based educator specializing in reading comprehension and writing development at AOMA, with over 20 years of teaching experience in Creative Writing, English Literature, and Visual Arts. He has been nominated for the Juno Award (songwriting) and the Journey Prize (prose)—one of Canada’s most respected literary awards.
Alongside his teaching, Josh is an accomplished artist whose work has been exhibited internationally and featured in hundreds of publications, with exhibitions in Los Angeles and New York.
